The bioteh group learned many new skills including new soldering techniques, using the table saw, and decided to mix up the procedure. Katie taught Annalea and I how to solder properly (since we were using the wrong technique causing problems for the chambers while testing). Annalea and I also learned how to use the table saw for the first time. We cut out multiple chamber lid side pieces as well as chamber side pieces. 21st century skills 9a&b, collaboration was a key factor in last weeks accomplishments. We were able to work with each other and take direction from Katie. Thanks to her, we are now able to contribute more to the project.
