Last week, the biotech group worked on cutting out the extra parts. We decided to use the ban saw instead of the mill because the mill was not as precise as we needed it to be. The only problem with the ban saw is that it takes up a lot of extra time that we may or may not have. The mill is definitely more efficient in terms of time because while the mill is cutting out a piece we could be doing other work but with the ban saw, we must be present since the pieces are hand cut.
Ever since school resumed, our group has been trying to prioritize our goals since we are behind schedule. We focused on 21st Century Skill 6a and 6b. We came up with reasonable goals and will hopefully manage our time effectively. I hope that our entire group becomes as dedicated as we can be since we fell off the wagon first semester.
