This past week, the biotech group finally got around to testing the chamber and collected data. Although, we couldn't understand the data, we followed up and checked the results. The process of testing the chamber took quite some time. First we had to melt the agrose then pour it into the carrier, wait for it to solidify, pour in buffer solution, and then we were able to connect the carrier to the PCR machine to test. Testing took quite a while as well. While we were testing the PCR machine, the group prepared for finals week.

We focused on 21st century skills, 1D (collect and analyze data) now that we know the carrier and chamber work effectively, we can start building and modifying the chamber as we go. Hopefully, we can work on a better work ethic and prioritize our goals.
