Since last week was the week before thanksgiving break, we only had one day to get things done and we focused on the research portion of testing the chambers. We found out that agarose and a buffer solution is needed to run/test the gels. We went to the anatomy lab and attempted to acquire the needed materials but there was not enough so Oswald will order materials asap. This past week we worked on 21st century skills 1b, conduct research using acceptable research methods.
